Mobile Shiatsu Therapy in Toulon: Balance Body and Mind Naturally

Rooted in ancient Japanese traditions, Shiatsu is a recognized touch therapy. In fact, the European Parliament lists it among the top 8 alternative and complementary methods designed to preserve health, boost vitality, and support well-being.

My goal is to bring premium, personalized care straight to your home in Toulon and surrounding areas. By skipping the stress of driving, traffic, or clinic waiting rooms, you can unwind completely in your own familiar space, which allows the calming benefits of the treatment to last much longer.

Restoring your internal balance: A holistic approach

Energetic Shiatsu is heavily inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. Fast-paced modern lives frequently cause us to store chronic stress and mental strain, which can eventually lead to physical exhaustion or burnout.

The primary focus of this practice is to unblock and regulate your vital energy flow. As the famous scientist Claude Bernard once noted: “The microbe is nothing. The terrain is everything.” Rather than just masking symptoms, Shiatsu works on this deeper “terrain” to ease stored tension, reduce anxiety, and naturally strengthen your body’s immune defenses.

Professional expertise in traditional Japanese bodywork

Having completed 5 years of advanced, multi-cycle training at Michel Odoul’s Institut Français de Shiatsu, I provide safe, highly technical, and professional care. My practice combines two major lineages:

  • The Nakazono Style: A comprehensive system that bridges physical therapy, psychological awareness, osteopathic principles, and Chinese medicine.

  • The Namikoshi Style: Learned directly from Master Watanabe of the Japan Shiatsu College, focusing on anatomically precise touch.
