To guarantee a rigorous and safe practice at your home, I completed a comprehensive 5-year curriculum (divided into 3 cycles) at the Institut Français de Shiatsu et de Psychologie Corporelle Appliquée – Michel Odoul. This training allowed me to master:

• The Nakazono style (developed by Michel Odoul), combining traditional Chinese medicine, psychology, and osteopathic insights.

• The Namikoshi style, taught by Master Watanabe from the Japan Shiatsu College.
